The Business Field of Interest is designed for students who have an interest in owning and operating a small business, customer services, business management and administration, risk management & insurance, finance, hospitality and tourism, culinary arts, and marketing.

Designed to provide students with an introduction to the entrepreneurial process. Courses include a history of entrepreneurship and its impacts on society, business start-up opportunities, creating a preliminary business plan and securing a healthy financial future.
